GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The email sending limit for services provided by Aslanturk.com is restricted to a maximum of 100 emails per hour. Aslanturk reserves the right to modify the hourly sending limits as needed.
Our packages cannot be used for purposes that do not align with the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, data storage, download centers, or backup spaces.
Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. Aslanturk.com reserves the right to impose restrictions on hourly sending limits and may do so when necessary.
Our company is not responsible for backing up customers’ data. Therefore, customers are responsible for regularly backing up their data and for any potential data loss.
Our backup service has a good-faith quota of 5 GB. No backup guarantee is provided for data exceeding 5 GB. Sites with data larger than 5 GB are excluded from the backup guarantee, and our company cannot be held liable for any issues related to such sites. Customers are obligated to regularly back up their data themselves.
We are unable to restore backup files exceeding 30 GB. Restoring large backup files may negatively impact server performance and hinder access to other customers’ websites. Therefore, the restoration of site backups exceeding 30 GB is the responsibility of the customer.
None of the hosting or reseller hosting services provided by Aslanturk are suitable for file/data storage or backup purposes. Files in zip or tar.gz formats in the FTP account will be automatically deleted during periodic system checks. Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the deletion of such files.
Some of our hosting packages offer unlimited disk space. However, to ensure efficient use, a specific disk usage policy applies. Websites with heavy data/image upload needs, such as e-commerce or news sites, are recommended to opt for our dedicated server plans instead of standard hosting packages. The purpose of our hosting packages is to meet the needs of an average website. Customers are expected to avoid excessive usage that could impact the service quality for other customers. In cases of excessive usage, Aslanturk reserves the right to notify the customer and redirect them to an appropriate solution.
We offer unlimited features in our packages, but these are based on the principle of good-faith usage. Customers are expected to use the packages within the good-faith framework without any limits. However, the “unlimited usage” is valid only if the usage complies with the conditions outlined in Sections 8.C and 8.F of the Service Agreement. If these conditions are not met, the good-faith disk usage limit is 10 GB, and the good-faith monthly traffic usage control point is set at 250 GB.
In our shared hosting infrastructure, we cannot provide additional PHP functions beyond those offered in the control panel. Customers wishing to install third-party modules (e.g., for WordPress, OpenCart, etc.) must verify the compatibility of these functions before installation.
Customers using our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access. Except for our Premium Hosting service, Python, Node.js, and remote MySQL access are not available.
The use of PHP functions such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, and proc_open is prohibited in our shared hosting infrastructure.
Aslanturk.com monitors customers’ resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, traffic, disk usage, etc.) at regular intervals and may request customers to reduce their resource consumption in cases of excessive usage. If package limits or good-faith usage principles are exceeded, the system may automatically impose restrictions, suspend services, or redirect to a specific page.
Aslanturk.com reserves the right to make changes to IP addresses, servers, or infrastructure for active packages without prior notice to customers. These changes may be made independently of factors such as resource usage or server performance.
Each user may have only one administrative account. Users must not create multiple accounts with similar or different names or information. If this occurs, Aslanturk reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the relevant accounts and services. Customers are expected to adhere to the single-account usage policy.
Aslanturk.com reserves the right to terminate services and withhold refunds in cases where the service is deemed inappropriate or the customer violates the service agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of the agreement terms, malicious usage, inability to continue operating the service, or other reasons preventing service provision.
Aslanturk reserves the right to make changes to all packages and related components.
Domain names that do not comply with the following conditions are not permitted to be registered, transferred, or hosted. If such domains are detected, they may be deleted without prior notice:
– Under Law No. 5651, which regulates internet content and combats illegal activities, domains hosting illegal content or harmful software may be deleted without prior warning.
– Names involving the use or violation of trademarks.
– Names mimicking credit card or billing processes.
– Names referencing online games or brands with copyright protection.
Cronjob task intervals are set to a minimum of 15 minutes. Cron tasks defined below this interval will be automatically adjusted to 15 minutes by our system automation.
On our WHM/cPanel servers, error_log, .tar.gz backup files, and files in the trash are automatically deleted once daily by automation to optimize system performance and disk space management. This process is implemented to provide a more efficient and reliable service to our users.
For data migration from other companies or servers, the integrity, security, and responsibility of all data are entirely under the customer’s control. Aslanturk provides technical support during the migration process but does not guarantee against data loss, corruption, or integrity issues. Customers are strongly recommended to back up their data before migration.
Data migration is only possible between identical control panels and is subject to meeting specific technical conditions. No migration services are provided for different control panels.
For Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting services, each email account has a maximum storage capacity of 3 GB. If the total data size of all email accounts in a hosting account reaches 10 GB, the customer is expected to clear unnecessary data. If this limit is exceeded, the service will be automatically suspended or deleted without prior warning.
Customer satisfaction and providing high-quality services are our priorities. Therefore, the rules and limitations specified in the package details are designed to ensure they do not negatively impact the performance of our system or other users’ experiences. Disk, traffic, CPU, and other resource usage must not be excessively high to avoid adversely affecting the main system or other users’ experiences.
We emphasize that the resources, limits, and usage rules in our packages are continuously monitored, and the principle of good-faith usage is considered in every transaction. Compliance with these rules is crucial for customers to have an uninterrupted service experience.
Respectful and courteous behavior toward our staff is extremely important. Negative behavior or offensive attitudes may lead to the suspension or termination of your account or services. In such cases, your membership may be terminated, and the agreement canceled without any refund.
