SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is a contract valid for services provided over the internet. It consists of the rules determining the terms of use for hosting services between real individuals or legal entities and Aslanturk Internet and Information Technologies Industry Trade Limited Company. You must thoroughly read the Service Agreement and Terms of Use before ordering any product through our website. The Service Agreement includes the rules that customers must comply with. If you do not accept this agreement or any of its terms, we kindly request that you cancel your order process.

1. SERVICE PROVIDER AND PARTIES
This agreement is between Aslanturk Internet and Information Technologies Industry Trade Limited Company and its customers.

Aslanturk Internet and Information Technologies Industry Trade Limited Company will hereinafter be referred to as “Aslanturk.”

Customers purchasing services provided by Aslanturk will hereinafter be referred to as “CUSTOMER.”

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase or sale of services and products, the specifications of which are outlined below, ordered electronically by the CUSTOMER through Aslanturk’s website.

These rights and obligations are regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other relevant legal regulations and practices.

Upon signing, accepting, or approving this agreement in a virtual environment, the CUSTOMER declares that they have read and understood the agreement, including the Terms of Service, which are an inseparable and indivisible part of this agreement. The CUSTOMER also declares their commitment to comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement, including any updates, amendments, or additional terms, conditions, and policies that Aslanturk may introduce on its website from time to time. The CUSTOMER agrees, declares, and undertakes to act in accordance with all terms and conditions.

3. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement remains valid for the duration of any additional service commitment agreement. In the absence of an additional service commitment agreement, the agreement is valid for one payment period. Unless one of the parties notifies the other, the commitment agreement will remain valid for an additional payment period.

4. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT
The services covered by this agreement include:

  1. Dedicated server rental owned by Aslanturk
  2. Virtual server
  3. Hosting and other services, as specified in the protocol, with names determined through Aslanturk’s website or via email sent to the CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER acknowledges and declares, in accordance with the provisions of this protocol, that:

  1. They are informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc., of the service subject to sale.
  2. They have read and confirmed this preliminary information electronically.
  3. They have ordered the product.

By confirming the preliminary information electronically, the CUSTOMER acknowledges that they have accurate and complete information regarding:

  1. Address details
  2. Basic characteristics of the ordered products and services
  3. The price, including taxes, in Turkish Lira
  4. Payment and delivery information

5. SERVICE DELIVERY, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, AND DELIVERY METHOD
The service consists of the CUSTOMER’s server/VDS, Aslanturk’s dedicated server, hosting/reseller service, or value-added internet service. The CUSTOMER receives these services by hosting them on Aslanturk’s servers in exchange for a fee.

All information regarding the use of the service is delivered to the CUSTOMER via the website www.aslanturk.com and sent to the email address provided in the CUSTOMER’s account registration.

6. SPAM PROHIBITION
Aslanturk does not permit unsolicited emails, bulk emails, or spam emails. In case of non-compliance, the service may be terminated with or without notice. If a CUSTOMER’s actions cause Aslanturk’s IP block to be blacklisted, all services of that CUSTOMER will be terminated without notice.

In any case of spam transmission or spam notifications received regarding services such as servers, hosting, domains, or others provided by Aslanturk, Aslanturk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without informing the CUSTOMER. In such cases, no refund requests will be accepted. Aslanturk maintains a zero-tolerance policy for spam and has the authority to immediately and irreversibly terminate services involved in such activities.

If a CUSTOMER’s IP address, under their responsibility, is blacklisted by any service worldwide, Aslanturk reserves the right to demand the necessary fee from the CUSTOMER to rectify the situation. This fee is independent of Aslanturk and is used to remove the IP block from email blacklists. By starting to use our services, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay the required fee without objection within the specified timeframe in such cases.

Bulk email and spam email transmission by CUSTOMERs is strictly prohibited. CUSTOMERs may only use email services for regular correspondence.

7. BACKUP AND DATA LOSS – FTP BACKUP SERVICE
The responsibility for all data lies with the CUSTOMER when using our services. Aslanturk provides backup services as a convenience but does not guarantee data backup. Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for any data loss for any reason. To minimize data loss, we strongly recommend that all CUSTOMERs regularly back up their service-related data at specified intervals.

For cloud server services purchased by the CUSTOMER, backup (snapshot) operations are not performed automatically. Snapshot creation and management are the CUSTOMER’s responsibility and must be done manually through the service panel. To avoid data loss, we strongly recommend taking regular snapshots. Backup and snapshot services are not included in Aslanturk’s cloud server services unless the CUSTOMER explicitly requests and purchases the paid backup/snapshot service. If the CUSTOMER does not purchase the paid backup service, Aslanturk is not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or user-related deletions, and no backup guarantee is provided. Data for CUSTOMERs not using the backup service is not stored in our systems and cannot be recovered. We recommend purchasing a regular backup service for data security.

If backups are available for any service, we offer one free restoration per week. Additional restoration requests beyond this limit will incur an extra fee.

To ensure data security and continuity, we provide backup services. However, due to the time and effort required for backup and restoration processes, certain restrictions apply. For Reseller Hosting packages, bulk restoration requests for websites are limited to 10 sites free of charge. Restoration requests exceeding 10 sites will incur an additional service fee per site. This policy is implemented to ensure uninterrupted service and manage the workload of our technical support team efficiently.

The FTP backup service provides the CUSTOMER with an IP address, username, and password. These details are under the CUSTOMER’s control and enable the backup of sites on the server. The CUSTOMER is responsible for configuring and managing the necessary settings for the FTP backup service. The CUSTOMER must securely store the IP, username, and password, and their security is entirely the CUSTOMER’s responsibility. To access or modify the FTP backup service, the CUSTOMER must submit a support request. The FTP backup service includes an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) backup area that allows the backup of sites on the server. Aslanturk provides only the FTP backup area for cloud server services and does not assume responsibility for general server backups. The CUSTOMER is responsible for configuring the backup settings for their designated sites.

The FTP backup service provides storage for the CUSTOMER’s file and data backup needs. Aslanturk is not responsible for data loss or damage during backup operations. The CUSTOMER must take necessary precautions to ensure data security and perform regular backups on a separate platform. The CUSTOMER must not share their password with third parties and should update it regularly to prevent security breaches. Aslanturk cannot be held liable for data loss, security breaches, or similar issues arising from the use of the FTP backup service.

The FTP backup service is provided in good faith to reduce the risk of data loss. However, Aslanturk is not responsible for data loss due to technical issues, access problems, hardware, or software errors. The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the FTP backup service does not guarantee absolute data security and accepts full responsibility for backing up, protecting, and ensuring the continuity of their data.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIONS IN WEB HOSTING/RESELLER HOSTING SERVICES
Email services provided with our services are intended solely for daily correspondence and cannot be used for bulk email or spam content. This rule is crucial to respect our CUSTOMERs and the general internet community and to protect our business reputation.

We cannot guarantee that emails sent from CUSTOMERs’ email accounts will reach the recipient’s inbox. Email delivery depends on factors such as email content, frequency, quality score, the email service provider’s policies, and the recipient’s inbox filters. Therefore, guaranteeing inbox delivery is not part of our hosting service. For CUSTOMERs seeking inbox delivery guarantees, we recommend our email hosting service, designed to manage email communications more reliably and effectively. CUSTOMERs acknowledge that our hosting service does not include inbox delivery guarantees and are aware of the associated risks.

Our hosting services are provided for hosting websites and similar digital content. High-resource-consuming activities such as video uploads and streaming are not included in the service scope. We recommend using specialized platforms like YouTube for such needs.

For Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting services, each email account has a maximum storage capacity of 3 GB. If the total data size of all email accounts in a hosting account reaches 10 GB, the CUSTOMER is expected to clear unnecessary data. If this limit is exceeded, the service will be automatically suspended or deleted without prior warning.

None of our hosting or reseller hosting services are suitable for file/data storage or backup purposes. Files in zip/rar or tar.gz formats in the FTP account will be automatically deleted during periodic system checks. Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the deletion of such files.

Some of our hosting packages offer unlimited disk space. However, to ensure efficient use, a specific disk usage policy applies. Websites with heavy data/image upload needs, such as e-commerce or news sites, are recommended to opt for our dedicated server plans instead of standard hosting packages. The purpose of our hosting packages is to meet the needs of an average website. CUSTOMERs are expected to avoid excessive usage that could impact the service quality for other CUSTOMERs. In cases of excessive usage, Aslanturk reserves the right to notify the CUSTOMER and redirect them to an appropriate solution.

According to our policies, prolonged or continuous resource usage exceeding 75%, CGI scripts running longer than 90 seconds, and activities such as FTP, HTTP, or PHP are prohibited as they may cause issues. Aslanturk is specialized in detecting resource usage and is not obligated to provide evidence in this regard. CUSTOMERs are expected to comply with these policies to ensure an efficient and secure service experience.

Software requiring intensive SQL operations or prolonged SQL usage is not permitted on our hosting servers, as it may negatively affect server performance and the service quality for other CUSTOMERs. If such software is detected, the service for the respective site(s) will be immediately suspended without prior notice, and reactivation will not be possible. This policy is essential for the security of our servers and the satisfaction of other CUSTOMERs.

To optimize resource usage and provide the highest performance to all CUSTOMERs, our servers use an advanced database management system. This system manages operations within specific limits to ensure balanced and sustainable database performance. If a database creates more than 10 simultaneous SQL connections, the system automatically detects this and may temporarily suspend subsequent operations to prevent overload. Creating more than 10 concurrent SQL connections is not typical under normal usage and is usually due to misconfiguration or excessive resource consumption. This mechanism is implemented to maintain server stability, ensure fair resource distribution, and prevent high-traffic queries from negatively impacting system performance. CUSTOMERs requiring higher SQL processing capacity are recommended to opt for our cloud server services. CUSTOMERs agree to comply with this policy and acknowledge that Aslanturk is not responsible for service interruptions due to exceeding these limits.

Servers or sites/hosting services that directly or indirectly cause harm, slowdowns, or interruptions, or are subject to attacks, may be terminated without notice or refund. In such cases, Aslanturk may demand compensation for the resulting damage, and the CUSTOMER agrees to pay the required fee without objection within the specified timeframe.

On our WHM/cPanel servers, error_log, .tar.gz backup files, and files in the trash are automatically deleted once daily by automation to optimize system performance and disk space management.

The following types of sites are strictly prohibited from being hosted on our hosting servers. If detected, such sites will be deleted immediately without warning. Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage, and in such cases, the membership will be terminated, and the agreement will be canceled without any refund.

  • Image/File upload sites
  • All storage-focused sites
  • Web (browser)-based games
  • Farm games, pyramid schemes, and Ponzi scheme-based sites
  • Sites providing payment intermediation or virtual POS without a BDDK license
  • Tourism agency sites renting villas or similar properties without a TÜRSAB certificate
  • Sites related to psychics, magic, or similar content, and sites advertising such services
  • Sites for games like Metin2, Knight Online, Silkroad, or item and currency sales
  • APK sites
  • Bitcoin/Ethereum or similar cryptocurrency mining tools
  • Pyramid scheme sites
  • Hacker-focused sites, archives, and programs
  • Phishing sites mimicking the websites of banks or similar institutions
  • Live sports broadcasts (e.g., Digitürk, Dsmart, Tivibu, Exxen, etc.)
  • Anonymous or bulk SMS sending applications
  • Storage-focused wallpaper, stock image download, and flash game sites
  • Gambling sites/lotteries or similar projects
  • Toplists
  • Warez/pirated software
  • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  • IP scanners
  • Bruteforce programs/scripts/applications
  • Bombers/spam scripts
  • Mailer Pro Banner-Ad services (sites with commercial banner ads)
  • File dump/mirror scripts (e.g., Rapidshare)
  • Commercial audio streaming
  • Sites selling substances without proper permits
  • Adult, erotic, or adult story/video content sites
  • MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
  • News/magazine-style sites
  • SMM and SMS panel sites
  • Question/test-solving sites
  • Mobile verification sites
  • Dating/friendship sites
  • Sites selling or hosting cheating content
  • Sites collecting social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) account or user password data
  • Running server-based programs (e.g., IRCD) is not permitted.
  • Running spider or indexing programs like Google Cash/AdSpy is not permitted.
  • Running software interacting with IRC (Internet Relay Chat) networks is not permitted.
  • Running proxy applications is not permitted.
  • Running BitTorrent applications is prohibited. Linking to legal torrents outside our servers is allowed, but hosting them on our servers is not.
  • Running file-sharing/peer-to-peer applications is not permitted.
  • The minimum interval for cronjob tasks is 15 minutes. Cron tasks set below this interval will be automatically adjusted to 15 minutes by our system automation.
  • Running file-sharing software is not permitted.
  • Running audio stream/video broadcast applications is not permitted.

Our services do not allow the installation and distribution of numerous demo scripts via subdomains for purposes other than their primary use. If such usage is detected, we reserve the right to intervene and terminate the service.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIONS IN VDS/DEDICATED SERVER SERVICES
Bulk email transmission or spam email transmission is strictly prohibited for any reason. Email services are provided solely for regular correspondence.

In VDS services, excessive resource usage (e.g., continuous disk read/write or high network usage) that harms other VDSs is not permitted. Cloud servers (VDS) with continuous disk read/write or high network consumption may be subject to limitations. Cloud servers with consistent network usage exceeding 50 Mbit/s must lease a dedicated line. Otherwise, VDS servers that do not adjust their usage or lease a dedicated line will be limited to 10 Mbit/s. Excessive resource usage typically leads to heavy disk and network activity, negatively affecting other CUSTOMERs.

We cannot guarantee that emails sent from CUSTOMERs’ email accounts will reach the recipient’s inbox. Email delivery depends on factors such as email content, frequency, quality score, the email service provider’s policies, and the recipient’s inbox filters. Therefore, guaranteeing inbox delivery is not part of our cloud server (VDS) service. For CUSTOMERs seeking inbox delivery guarantees, we recommend our mailrelay service, designed to manage email communications more reliably and effectively. CUSTOMERs acknowledge that our cloud server (VDS) service does not include inbox delivery guarantees and are aware of the associated risks.

Our VDS/Cloud Server services are provided for hosting websites and similar digital content. High-resource-consuming activities such as video uploads and streaming are not included in the service scope. We recommend using specialized platforms like YouTube for such needs. CUSTOMERs intending to stream videos may consider leasing a dedicated line with appropriate bandwidth and resources.

The following are prohibited:

  • Gambling sites/lotteries
  • Toplists
  • Warez/pirated software
  • Scripts/software/projects requiring photo/file storage (e.g., Photobucket or Tinypic)
  • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  • IP scanners
  • Bruteforce programs/scripts/applications
  • Bombers/spam scripts
  • Mailer Pro Banner-Ad services (sites with commercial banner ads)
  • File dump/mirror scripts (e.g., Rapidshare, Rapidleech)
  • Commercial audio streaming
  • Sites selling substances without proper permits
  • Adult, erotic, or adult story/video content sites
  • MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
  • Cheating sites
  • Sites collecting social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) account or user password data
  • Running server-based programs (e.g., IRCD) is not permitted.
  • Running spider or indexing programs like Google Cash/AdSpy is not permitted.
  • Running software interacting with IRC (Internet Relay Chat) networks is not permitted.
  • Running proxy applications is not permitted.
  • Running BitTorrent applications is prohibited. Linking to legal torrents outside our servers is allowed, but hosting them on our servers is not.

10. ASLANTURK’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Aslanturk is obligated to provide the service for the product ordered by the CUSTOMER upon payment of the price. However, if the evaluation of the CUSTOMER results in a negative outcome, Aslanturk may cancel the order without providing a reason. Aslanturk is not obligated to provide services for products not paid for in advance.

Once the service-related information and password are sent to the CUSTOMER via email, the service process begins. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the account and password, and Aslanturk is not liable for any damage resulting from errors related to accounts and passwords.

For cloud server (VDS) and Reseller Hosting services, a maximum of 3 dedicated IPs can be purchased. Additional IPs require purchasing a new service.

Services provided as gifts (e.g., Plesk or cPanel licenses) may be suspended or canceled without prior notice due to our internal policies or the policies of the license provider. In such cases, the CUSTOMER cannot claim any rights or hold Aslanturk liable for any financial losses.

The Anti-DDoS protection service provided by Aslanturk offers comprehensive protection against attacks originating from abroad. This protection is designed through our international network infrastructure and partnerships to safeguard CUSTOMER systems against potential DDoS attacks from foreign sources. However, this Anti-DDoS protection service covers only attacks from abroad. DDoS attacks originating domestically are outside the scope of this protection service, and the CUSTOMER is responsible for taking additional security measures against domestic attacks. The Anti-DDoS protection service is provided to the highest standards to ensure operational continuity and uninterrupted service.

In cloud server (VDS) services, the total number of IP addresses allocated per server is limited to a maximum of 3.

Aslanturk reserves the right to change or update the specifications, brands, or models of hardware components such as CPU, RAM, and disk used in VDS/VPS, cloud server, and dedicated server services. For cloud server (VDS) services, a 1000 MHz limit is defined for each core. Similarly, Aslanturk reserves the right to change the hosting panel used for web hosting, reseller hosting, corporate hosting, and other hosting products based on current conditions.

For example, Aslanturk may switch from an E5-2699 V4 processor to any higher or lower model in dedicated or cloud servers. For hosting services, Aslanturk may switch from cPanel to DirectAdmin or Plesk and migrate all CUSTOMER accounts to the chosen panel.

Technical questions related to the purchased service will be received in writing through www.aslanturk.com. Aslanturk will respond to technical questions in writing. The scope of Aslanturk’s technical support is limited to the provided service. Operating systems and software installed by the CUSTOMER on the operating system are outside the scope of technical support.

Aslanturk provides free support services but recommends purchasing an SLA (Service Level Agreement) package for faster and more precise support. The SLA package ensures priority support. CUSTOMERs can contact us for details on the SLA package price and features. While free support is provided with a focus on satisfaction, without an SLA package, support availability or speed is not guaranteed. Aslanturk reserves the right to withhold technical support for CUSTOMERs without an SLA package. The CUSTOMER is obligated to comply with the technical support conditions outlined in the service terms, and failure to comply may prevent access to technical support.

Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for errors caused by companies forming the internet backbone, server failures, data center issues, or CUSTOMER errors. Aslanturk is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or other reasons.

Aslanturk cannot be held responsible for issues arising from access providers or their data centers. Aslanturk reserves the right to modify the content and limitations of its service packages.

Aslanturk is not obligated to verify or censor the accuracy or content of information reaching its systems unless requested by legal authorities. The CUSTOMER is responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of information received via the internet. The CUSTOMER bears legal and criminal liability for any damage resulting from the accuracy or content of such information.

The 24/7 support concept does not mean immediate responses to every phone call. Our support team strives to respond to notifications as quickly as possible. The 24/7 support indicates that we operate outside regular business hours. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, responses to support notifications are provided within a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the support team’s workload.

To access the support system, the CUSTOMER must log into their customer panel with their password and submit a support request through the “Support Notifications” section. No account-related information should be shared via email, phone, live chat, or contact forms. Aslanturk is not obligated to take action if such information is shared.

Aslanturk is obligated to meet the 99% uptime guarantee. If this obligation is not met, Aslanturk must provide the CUSTOMER with one month of free usage for the respective service upon request. For cloud server services provided in foreign locations (e.g., Germany, USA), which are obtained through third-party infrastructure providers, the uptime guarantee applicable to Aslanturk’s Turkey-based servers does not apply. Aslanturk does not provide an uptime guarantee for these services and does not accept cancellations or refunds for interruptions, performance issues, or other infrastructure-related problems caused by third-party providers.

The uptime guarantee does not apply in cases of malicious attacks or scheduled maintenance periods. Such interruptions will not affect the uptime ratio and are excluded from the guarantee scope.

CREDIT addition requests must be made through a support ticket on our website. For VDS and dedicated server services, Aslanturk guarantees only network availability. The operational or accessible status of the VDS or dedicated server is not Aslanturk’s responsibility.

Aslanturk cannot be aware of issues unless notified. If an issue occurs, the CUSTOMER must submit a technical support request through our website. In cases where the uptime guarantee is not met, discounts for VDS/dedicated server services will not cover third-party software/license fees.

Aslanturk reserves the right to contact CUSTOMERs via phone, email, SMS, or other communication channels 24/7, regardless of time, special days, or dates.

Aslanturk reserves the right to restrict or block CUSTOMERs from submitting technical support requests, either temporarily or permanently, particularly in cases of violations, misuse, or non-compliance with service/contract terms or payment obligations.

11. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Under this agreement, personal data directly related to the establishment of the agreement is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection, dated 24.03.2016.

The CUSTOMER must provide:

  1. Turkish ID number (T.C. Kimlik Numarası)
  2. Full name
  3. Email address
  4. Address
  5. For legal entities, tax office and tax number

These details are necessary for the establishment and execution of the agreement. By signing the agreement, the CUSTOMER consents to the processing and secure transfer of this data.

In accordance with the relevant law, the CUSTOMER has the right to:

  1. Learn whether their personal data is being processed
  2. Request information about processed personal data after review by senior management
  3. Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used appropriately
  4. Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally
  5. Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
  6. Request deletion or destruction of personal data
  7. Request notification of operations to third parties to whom personal data was transferred
  8. Object to results arising from the analysis of processed data through automated systems

The CUSTOMER agrees that their photograph will only be shared if requested by authorities in the context of an investigation or prosecution. Additionally, Aslanturk is obligated to perform “IP address blocking” as required by a court order when intervention in content is not possible.

The CUSTOMER must create an account on www.aslanturk.com and request the service electronically after accepting Aslanturk’s written offer. The CUSTOMER is obligated to make advance payments for the desired service. Invoices are issued based on the service type (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, annual, biennial, or triennial) upon the CUSTOMER’s request. The service start date is considered the payment due date.

The CUSTOMER agrees and undertakes to use the purchased service in accordance with the “Service Agreement” and “General Terms of Use” on www.aslanturk.com.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for obtaining the necessary passwords from Aslanturk to manage the purchased service, managing the service, and ensuring its security. The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for all actions performed using the primary or self-defined username.

The CUSTOMER undertakes not to send messages deemed illegal under applicable laws. Content (text, audio, or visual) provided through Aslanturk’s servers must comply with Turkish laws. Otherwise, the CUSTOMER is liable for all resulting material and moral damages. Both parties are obligated to avoid actions that harm each other’s commercial reputation.

By purchasing services from Aslanturk, the CUSTOMER does not gain rights under Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, including access to commercial information, trade secrets, or details about the company’s operations or services. The CUSTOMER agrees not to share any information learned through the service with third parties without Aslanturk’s explicit written consent.

Using services to engage in activities violating copyright or trademark rights is prohibited, including unauthorized music, books, photographs, or other copyrighted materials. Pornographic/erotic content or content usable for hacking is also prohibited. Violation of copyright/trademark rights or hosting pornographic/erotic content will result in immediate termination of the service without data backup or refund.

If content violating copyright/trademark rights or usable for hacking is detected, it will be deleted or access will be restricted. Repeated violations may lead to service suspension or termination. If you believe such content is hosted using Aslanturk’s services, you may file a complaint at support@aslanturk.com. Aslanturk may request additional information/documents. In such cases, data will be deleted permanently without backup, and no refund will be issued.

Aslanturk reserves the right not to terminate services if it cannot verify the complaint or is unsure whether the action constitutes a crime. Aslanturk does not have legal decision-making authority, and the CUSTOMER must pursue legal remedies against the responsible party. Aslanturk is not liable for any damages resulting from such situations.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for issues related to the installation, licensing, and use of software, documents, or information in the service. Aslanturk is not liable for any related problems.

Aslanturk is not responsible for content published by third parties or the CUSTOMER or for damages caused by such content. If administrative, legal, or criminal action is taken against Aslanturk due to such content, the CUSTOMER is liable for all damages and must compensate Aslanturk within 5 business days of written notification.

Aslanturk is not responsible for the content or software on websites or applications hosted through the CUSTOMER’s service. Aslanturk is not liable for any negative or illegal situations involving the CUSTOMER or third parties and reserves the right to suspend or delete the service without warning in such cases.

If the CUSTOMER violates the rules, Aslanturk reserves the right to intervene, suspend the service, or terminate the membership without notice. In such cases, data will be deleted permanently without backup, and no refund will be issued.

Aslanturk aims to maintain healthy and professional communication with CUSTOMERs. However, if a CUSTOMER uses false statements or threatening language instead of resolving complaints and threatens to complain through other channels, their account may be unilaterally closed without prior notice. Aslanturk is not responsible for any resulting damage or loss, and no refund will be issued.

In cases of purchases made with stolen credit cards, even a single transaction may result in the immediate cancellation, suspension, or termination of all domain names and services registered to the CUSTOMER’s account without notice or compensation. Data will be deleted permanently without backup, and no refund will be issued.

The CUSTOMER may not use or distribute unlicensed software or engage in activities violating intellectual property laws, including distributing pirated software or sending unsolicited advertising emails (SPAM) without third-party consent. The CUSTOMER must provide Aslanturk with copies of licenses and invoices for installed software during the validity of this agreement within 30 days of obtaining them. The CUSTOMER is responsible for disputes with license providers and must compensate Aslanturk for any damages if administrative, legal, or criminal action is taken against Aslanturk. For VDS, hosting, and reseller services, email sending is limited to 100 emails per hour per domain.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for protecting servers and hosting services from internet-based attacks and data theft. The CUSTOMER must take necessary security measures. Failure to implement adequate security measures, such as weak email, FTP, or control panel passwords, or easily guessable passwords, resulting in partial or complete damage to Aslanturk’s or other servers, makes the CUSTOMER solely liable. Aslanturk is not responsible for such damages and reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the service and cancel the agreement if the issue is not resolved.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for protecting Aslanturk’s servers and systems from internet-based attacks, data theft, hacking, or misuse. For shared hosting services, the CUSTOMER is solely liable for damages caused by excessive system load, CPU, RAM, or disk usage. Aslanturk reserves the right to suspend services causing disruptions to other CUSTOMERs’ services, and the CUSTOMER accepts this.

The CUSTOMER is liable for damages caused by unauthorized access to third-party networks or systems, password theft, or installing malicious software. The CUSTOMER’s account may be suspended in such cases.

Publishing content potentially harmful to minors, such as child pornography or similar content, is strictly prohibited. If such content is detected or reported, Aslanturk reserves the right to immediately cancel and delete the account without notice. Our servers automatically detect software designed to access third-party information, and accounts are automatically suspended. System administrators may review logs to identify such actions, leading to immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, regardless of whether the action was intentional or unintentional.

12. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:

  • The commission rate for affiliates is 10%.
  • The minimum payout threshold for affiliate commissions is $20.
  • Affiliate commissions are credited to the affiliate program account 15 days after a successful sale.
  • If a CUSTOMER disputes or requests a refund for a purchased product, service, or subscription, the affiliate’s commission will be adjusted by deducting the relevant amount.
  • Affiliates earn income by referring users who purchase hosting, reseller, or cloud server services. No affiliate income is earned from additional services such as FTP backup, domains, IP addresses, or SSL certificates. The affiliate program does not apply to cloud server services provided through foreign infrastructure. Commissions are only valid for services provided through Aslanturk’s Turkey-based infrastructure.
  • Affiliate income is only earned from new CUSTOMERs who have not previously registered or placed orders with Aslanturk. Commissions will not be paid for existing CUSTOMERs, and any such amounts will be deducted upon review. Reviews are conducted periodically or when the affiliate requests a payout.
  • Once the balance reaches $20, affiliates can convert their earnings to Aslanturk credit for use in Aslanturk purchases. At $30, affiliates can withdraw their balance to a bank account.
  • Commission payouts exceeding the minimum threshold are processed within 30 days of the request.
  • Aslanturk may request identity verification documents if there is suspicion regarding membership details.
  • If false information is provided during membership, the user’s membership, services, and earned commissions will be retroactively canceled.
  • Aslanturk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate program permanently, especially in cases of violations, misuse, or non-compliance.
  • Aslanturk is not responsible for the content of sites participating in the affiliate program. Referrals from sites with illegal or unethical content are invalid, and the affiliate’s balance will be cleared, and their account closed. The referring member assumes sole responsibility for any legal issues, and Aslanturk bears no liability. Spam or illegal methods for gaining members will result in membership and commission cancellation, as we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for spam.
  • Aslanturk reserves the right to modify affiliate program terms without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon updating on our website.
